- Kindly ensure to check and confirm your items on delivery. Customer can return any unsatisfactory items by generating sales return in mobile app / website.
- The item(s) must be returned within 48 hours. Please be informed that we are unable to accept returns later due to potential safety issues.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

- Refunds (if applicable)
- Once return has been acknowledged by rider / driver, Refund process will be triggered / initiated immediately by almayaonline.com mobile app / website. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the same amount will be reflected in your almayaonline.com account (non-transferable) which can be redeemed against your future purchases, or it will be refunded to your original mode of payment in accordance with the issuing financial institution’s credit return policy.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account records.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@almayaonline.com.
- If a price happens to be clearly incorrectly displayed, whatever the reason (computer virus, manual error, technical error etc.), the order for the product concerned will be cancelled. almayaonline.com will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer will be able, if he wishes, to reorder at the corrected and exact price.
- In the event of a total or partial refund of a payment made by bank transfer, the refund will be effective within a minimum period of 10 working days for payments made in full upon approval.
- Any payment incident will authorize almayaonline.com to impede the delivery of the ordered products.
- If, for any reason whatsoever, the debiting of sums owed by the Customer proves impossible, almayaonline.com will contact the customer in order to rectify the situation. If the customer does not rectify the situation within the period agreed with almayaonline.com, the sale will be immediately cancelled by operation of law, and the electronic purchase process will be cancelled without the Customer being able to claim any compensation.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@almayaonline.ae or call 800-ALMAYA.
- Order Cancellation (if applicable)
- When you place an order on almayaonline.com and then if you decide you want to cancel your order, you can cancel in Al Maya’s app / website as well as you can reach out by contacting 800-ALMAYA. All messages that are received after business hours will be replied to the following day.

- Any order may be cancelled by almayaonline.com in any situation, including the following:
- Fraudulent business dealings: Orders placed using a false email address, a fraudulent payment method, or any other type of mass purchase may be cancelled by Almayaonline.com.
- Wrong Image: Pictures should only be used as illustrations. A customer purchases a product whose appearance was misrepresented in advertising.
- Wrong Price: Bulk price updates are made. if the website lists the incorrect pricing.
- Mistakes could be made when gathering information from the internet. In different regions, certain products could have different features. A customer purchases a product that might not have an advertised function.
